We offer a generous commission structure for experienced consultants and our trainee consultants will receive full training and support from the experienced consultants at Blue Tree and can also expect high levels of commission when they become fully fledged consultants.
Our support personnel assist you to ensure administration is kept at a minimum and they will also assist you in sourcing for candidates. We to want to hear from individuals who are sales driven and enthusiastic about a career in recruitment, who are self motivated and enjoy business development. You must also enjoy taking full responsibility for each client’s recruitment needs as we believe clients deserve continuity and the support from the MD in terms of providing a value added service. Base salaries for experienced consultants range from £20,000 - £23,000 and for trainee consultants £15,000 - £18,000.
