Before setting up Blue Tree in December 2004, Claire was Managing Director of a recruitment agency based in London and Frankfurt.  Throughout her career she has specialised in recruiting desktop publishing, graphic design, media sales and office support personnel.  She began her career in the recruitment industry in 1991 and she is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Karina joined Blue Tree in January 2005 after previously working as a Business Development Executive and Sales Designer.  She is a fashion design graduate who is bilingual English/Danish and Karina continues to work with variety of clients who recruit for Design, Sales, Language and Customer Services staff.

Lucy joined Blue Tree in September 2007 after previously working as an Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant in IT and New Media recruitment companies. Prior to this she worked as a teaching assistant in a primary school and she is a graduate of Business Administration.

Sam joined Blue Tree in June 2006 supporting the consultants with administration and researching for candidates. She spent 3 years working for DHL Express first as an administration assistant and then as an administration manager and was responsible for payroll, recruiting the administration and operational staff and assisted with HR issues and processes.
